BEACH BUNGALOW IN ‘CANT BEAT’ LOCATION
WHAT A SPOT!
Undoubtedly, this original fishing cottage is perfectly positioned!
When the Hullet family first arrived… they had the pick of the best plots, & they chose to have their get away fishing bungalows at this very spot!
And we can see why! The views go for miles over the Bay!
This historic home has been in the family for decades and it’s finally time to sell!
The home is perched on a ridge, which allows for the incredible scenery.
The home is North facing & nicely nestled - which means you are protected from many of the prevailing winds.
My favourite pastime is to watch the beach activities & the surfers giving it a go below!
Another plus is that the property is also 100% private, as the neighbours are staggered & there is a sense of space!
Situated in Frank Road, & currently used for relaxed family holidays… now it’s your turn to take up this opportunity!
Comprising of 5 Bedrooms, one can keep the home as it is for now, or renovate to your heart’s content.
JUST keep in mind that with the beach rehabilitation work starting in 2024, the beachfront properties will have no choice but to increase in value!
This home is opening its doors & welcoming you in!
Layout is as follows:
GROUND FLOOR
• Entrance Way
• Open Plan Dining & Lounge Area
• Outside Deck & Pool
• 4 Bedrooms
• 4 Bathrooms
• Double Garage

Hiking the Sand River is recommended at any time of the year. If lucky, you may see the beautiful Crystal Pools. The water in the Sand River flows underground over the hard, rocky substrate that underlies the dunes. After heavy rains, the water table rises to form pools.
Bruce Brown searched the world for the perfect wave. He found it at St. Francis Bay and named it 'Bruce's Beauties'. Seals is now also the place to be for surfers from Cape St. Francis. The quiet fishing haven of Oyster Bay lies some 20 kilometers to the west, while the agricultural capital of the region is Humansdorp.

Towards Santareme and Port St. Francis, the uniformity is repeated, this time with Mediterranean and Tuscan homes filling in the dune fields and fynbos. Cape St. Francis is known for keeping things clean and low-key.
Whale watching in season July to early December – boat trips onto the bay to view these magnificent creatures.
