The beautiful newly designed Green Village situated in Shelley Point Beach Estate with 24 hour Security was designed to promote a more eco-friendly, sustainable way of living. The developer has included 6 solar panels, inverter, and battery in each unit – this is a grid-tied solution; the panels when fully charged could allow 5-6 hours of power (dependable on what the homeowner powers throughout these hours).

The solar system provider will make a formal document available to a prospective homeowner. All units have a gas geyser rather than the standard electrical geyser
The solar system or gas geyser CAN NOT be removed from their home/plan as payments have already been made for the materials.

A 5% deposit from the buyer is required to secure their unit. This amount will be paid to the attorneys and remain in a safe, interest baring account. Upon registration, the total amount (5% + interest) will be deducted from the selling price and the balance will then be due. It would be recommended to use the preferred Insurance Administrator who has partnered with the developer (with permission of the buyer) to discuss short term insurance needs. Bond Originators would also be recommended who have partnered with the developer.
