The kitchen is fully with a free standing stove, microwave, fridge, kettle and cutlery . There is a DVD player and DSTV decoder with the Family bouquet. TVs in both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The floors are tiled. This is a not pet friendly unit. No braai are allowed on the balcony at all times , No loud noises or music are allowed at all times.

1 month before the stay date: 50% of the deposit is refundable
2 weeks before the stay date: 25% of the deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before the stay date: 0% of the deposit is refundable.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations.
This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the
Cancellation fee.
An R250 postponing fee will be charged with every change of dates, No change will be made 2 weeks before arrival.
