In 2016, I proudly purchased the Just Property franchise in Middelburg, and since then, our branch has gone from strength to strength. What started as a vision to build a dynamic, client-focused real estate business has grown into a trusted and respected name in our community.

From the very beginning, my goal has been to create more than just a real estate office — I wanted to build a team driven by professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service. I am passionate about developing people, empowering agents, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. Watching our team succeed and seeing the impact we make in our clients’ lives is one of my greatest rewards.

I believe that strong leadership is rooted in consistency, transparency, and leading by example. I remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that our standards remain high and that both our rental and sales divisions deliver outstanding results.
