She graduated with honors from the University of Stellenbosch in Consumer Science, majoring in Housing (architectural design, housing development and project management). She then joined an architectural firm in London, specializing in retail design with leading fashion company H&M as her main client. Back in South Africa, she joined the Devco Group for 13 years.
Nicky has over 16 years of valuable experience in the property development and financing arena. This, combined with her passion for real estate and financial management, has afforded her an understanding of the property acquisition process from both sides, making her knowledge indispensable.
