Pinnie goes on an adventure
Pinnie is our blue and yellow branded mascot who joins us at some events and who brings a smile to many faces by just being present.
On 24 January 2019 Pinnie made an appearance at the Carpe Diem School. Carpe Diem is a school that caters for children with special needs. At Carpe Diem they strive to develop the unique potential of every learner through the use of suitable educational and therapeutic programs.
The Headmaster at Carpe Diem says, “The concept of diversity encompasses acceptance and respect. It means under-standing that each individual is unique. The exploration of these differences in a safe, positive and nurturing environment is what we strive for at Carpe Diem School. We hope that each learner and employee will have the opportunity to discover his/her own uniqueness, passions and strengths. When you visit our school you will definitely agree that Carpe Diem school is the breeding ground for vibrant diversity.” Please visit www.carpediemskool.co.za and have a look at their website, you can help by donating to the school fees of one of their beautiful learners.
During Pinnie’s visit to Carpe Diem school, Pinnie was kind enough to hand out some really awesome stationery goodies to the lucky learners. Pinnie was overjoyed to see how happy the learners were to receive some freebies.
