Paul Stevens

Chief Executive Officer

Paul has been the CEO of Just Property Group Holding (Pty) Ltd since 2013, which controls an international team of property franchises. He joined as a franchisee in 2003 and now, as CEO, drives the strategic direction of the Just Property brand with his charismatic optimism. He is also actively involved in the evolution of the South African property landscape, working closely with high-level industry stakeholders. Under Paul’s leadership, the various Just Property brands have been consolidated and the company is now known simply as Just Property. The rebrand hailed the beginnings of a new company culture, driven strongly by the articulation of 9 core company values, which Paul spearheaded. Today, Just Property has 90 franchise offices across Southern Africa. The brand is well recognised locally and internationally, not only as a centre of excellence but also as a disruptor in the property industry. These are products of Paul’s leadership within and across Just Property. Paul has a BA (Psychology) degree and is a certified Master Practitioner in Real Estate.

Peter Bond

Financial Manager

Peter Bond has over 20 years of experience in the financial field, having managed various branches of WesBank. He specialised in the corporate field, financing of fleets, etc. He later became a business broker where his expertise at valuing businesses, analysing financial statements and drawing up business plans expanded. He has been with Just Property for 12 years where his duties include budgeting, stats and overseeing the accounting department.

Chris Greenwood

Chief Technology Officer

Chris’ primary focus is on enhancing existing systems, maintaining data quality and onboarding new solutions to enhance the working environment of all Just Property users. He continually strives to find new ways to create a more intuitive user platform for our client base, with the objective of increasing interaction and information availability. Chris has an impressive list of qualifications to his name; MSc Master Degree in Information Technology, BEng Bachelor of engineering Electronics and Power Systems, MCSE Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, MPRE Master Practitioner in Real Estate and GCA Google Certified Administrator.

Carla Visagie

Franchise Sales Manager

Carla has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. She was mentored by one of South Africa's top-performing female broker/owners and spent 5 years as part of an award-winning sales team, closing more than 180 transactions annually. In 2016 she was headhunted by Just Property to join the operations team at Head Office, and in 2020 was appointed Head of Department. In 2022, she was appointed as Franchise Sales Manager. She is responsible for expanding our franchise footprint, including new franchise onboarding and mentorship, and for managing existing Franchise Agreements. Her contagious positive energy and attention to detail are two of her stand out qualities, but it's her relationship management skills that sets her apart.

Angela Beatty

Product Officer

Angela has over 10 years of experience in the proptech sector. With a foundation in 3D modelling, big data, digitisation and front/middleware development, subsequently moving focus to enhance Real Estate processes through technology. She is now focusing on developing the companies’ strategy for future game-changing technologies by pushing the engagement of products. Working closely with IT, operations, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met while ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Chelsey Daniels

Marketing & Design Assistant

Junior Marketing Assistant - Chelsey Daniels has a BA Degree in Media, Communications and Culture from Nelson Mandela University and is a member of the Golden Key Society at the university too. Four months after her graduation, she landed a job at Head Office in 2019. She is part of the Creative Team and works closely with other team members to facilitate marketing and design. She builds weekly and monthly mailers for Head Office, writes content where needed such as for the blog and website and assists with certain designs too. Her strengths include copywriting, public relations and research.

Diana Joubert

Graphic Designer

Diana joined Head Office in 2014 and is the custodian of Just Property’s corporate identity. She oversees all design work across the franchise network, including digital marketing platforms and physical displays from billboards to business cards. Her role is to create synergy between the individual needs of agents and franchisees and the broader context of our brand positioning. Her problem-solving skills, keen sense of brand identity and incredible work ethic make Diana an invaluable member of the Head Office team. Her great loves are design, wildlife and snakes of Southern Africa and travelling the African continent.

Fern Nicholls

Digital Marketing Specialist

Fern started in the IT Department as an E-Communications Engineer in 2016. Since then, she has advanced her knowledge and expertise to become the Digital Marketing Specialist at Head Office. Fern manages the National Social Media platforms, provides on-site social media support for the entire franchise group, drives our social media marketing e-learning programme, hosting weekly webinars and creating educational content. She holds a Social Media Marketing Diploma and is certified by Google on the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing. Fern's vision for Just Property is to become the most digitally recognised real estate brand in South Africa.

Jayson Austin-Day

IT Support

Jayson works at Head Office in the IT Department as junior tech support. He loves helping people and is committed to helping our franchisees, agents and administrators have the best experience working with Just Property

Johan Haasbroek

SEO / Developer

Johan is a digital strategist, marketing technologist and full-stack developer with almost two decades of experience in front and middleware development, data management, SEO, analytics and campaign strategy. He has worked in most of the sectors in the information technology sector and is using his experience and knowledge to enhance the company's future in proptech. Utilising his knowledge and experience in development, he produces great results on the SEO front. His fascination with anything technological helps to keep him up to date on the latest technologies in the proptech industry. Also creating beautiful interfaces for end-users makes him a good all-rounder in the IT department.

Lizl Engelbrecht

General Manager

Lizl has been part of The Just Property Head Office Team since 2017 and quickly found her niche as an excellent organizer, a specialist at detailed planning and a master at ensuring execution.

Having worked in various divisions, Lizl has a thorough appreciation of the inner workings at Head Office that ensures it delivers high-quality services to the franchise network

She embraces all opportunities to learn and hone her skills, especially where this impacts the relationship between the franchise network and Head Office; where she has developed a reputation for being dependable and trusted.

Expanding on her understanding of the franchise operation, she is currently working directly with the Chief Operations Officer for external franchise services, providing a wealth of experience and knowledge of the Just Property business that will contribute to growth in the franchise network.

Lizl has her NQF Level 4 qualification in Real Estate and has her sights set on completing the NQF Level 5 soon.

Max Gwili

Software Developer

Nkosiyazi Max Gwili has over 6 years of experience working as a developer for both Web Application and Mobile Applications. He has also worked on Digital Marketing Strategies. He started his career as a High School teacher where he achieved a student pass rate of 100% for Computer Applications Technology. He holds a Diploma in Information Technology from the Mangosuthu University of Technology and is also Certified as a Professional Programmer by Oracle University.

Luxolo Sonto

Software Developer

Luxolo is a Software Developer at Just Property. Working with the Dev Team at Head Office to come up with solutions to get tasks done quickly and efficiently.

Shannon Kilroe

Learning & Development Coordinator

Shannon is a creative individual who works with industry experts to provide Just Property agents with dynamic, user-friendly e-learning material including multiple live webinars on a weekly basis and brand new online courses every month. A woman of many interests, Shannon is the proud author of her first novel and is currently completing her degree in creative writing with the hopes of obtaining her Masters at a later stage. She also has a diploma in Patisserie and hopes to garner as much knowledge as she can across a multitude of subjects. Her organised mind, along with her creative approach to challenges allows her to bring a unique perspective to the Head Office team.

Sibongile Msizi

Customer Experience Ambassador & Compliance

As our Customer Experience and Compliance Ambassador, Sibo is crucial in tracking brand and customer experience. She works closely with all levels of people, internally and externally, to ensure a consistently positive brand and customer experience. She manages customer complaints in partnership with our franchise offices, tracks our performance on Google My Business Reviews and drives high service delivery standards across the network. She’s a diplomat, a problem-solver and THE person with her finger on the pulse. Sibo works with the Just Property network and external third parties to ensure that Just Property complies with the relevant property regulatory bodies.

Sohail Govender

Finance Director

Financial Director - Sohail is a qualified Professional Accountant and Tax Practitioner registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA). He holds a Btech in Internal Auditing and an NQF 8 through SAIPA and has over 8 years of experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, payroll, business registrations and company secretarial. He heads up the finance team at Just Property and also focuses on statutory and general compliance within the financial sphere of business.

Tania Zeelie

Product Officer

Tania has more than 15 years of real estate experience. Going through all the different roles and divisions in an estate agency gives her invaluable depth of experience. Tania now focuses on the Technical Product fields where she engages the Agents and Managers on the ground to ensure that the leading-edge technology and solutions Just Property employs are utilised, and effective for our clients countrywide. She is known to be very disciplined, thorough and organised.

Vicki Myburgh

Accounts Manager

Vicki has got 25 years of experience in the accounting field, 11 years of which she gained in the UK in working for some of the UK's top firms. She started her career by studying computers and finished her N6 Computers & Database courses, then was appointed as N3 Lecturer in Computers at one of PE's colleges. With the computer knowledge and interest in accounting, she started her accounting career and worked her way through to working on some of the biggest accounting systems and has gained experience in different fields from retail to training and now property. Being appointed as the Retail Systems Trainer for the Eastern Cape on a POS system helped gained accounting experience in a completely different way. She has done her Supervisory and Management Development courses in London and she has also got an adventurous side to her by completing her Fire Rescue, First Aid Training and CCTV Awareness Courses in London, UK.

Wayne Beatty

Technical & Support Manager

Support Manager - Wayne Beatty has been working in the tech industry for 14 years. He is passionate about helping everyone at Just Property to leverage technology more. Wayne's key project is driving the customised Customer Relationship Management solution provided to our agents, franchisees and Head Office team. Wayne also heads up the IT Support function, which troubleshoots everything from agent onboarding to third-party integrations. It’s no small task!

Lihle is a junior software developer and has been with the Head Office IT Department working with middleware development.

Gavin Kelsey

Chief Operating Officer

Gavin has over 25 years of experience as a real estate professional; from agent, franchisee, branch manager and a chief operations role, his passion for business strategy, growth, and training has culminated in a unique set of skills to unlock business potential and expansion for Just Property franchisees. As Chief Operations Officer, Gavin's primary focus is increased franchise network turnover and enhanced service delivery throughout the network while driving franchisor value, effectiveness and profitability.

Madelene Deacon

Franchisee Accountant

Madelene is a Business Accountant registered with the South African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA). She holds a Bachelor of Management and is certified by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (CSPA Icb (SA)). She has over 19 years of experience in company secretarial, Business & Trust registrations and amendments, taxation, accounting and management. She is part of the finance team at Just Property, focusing on financial & management accounting and secretarial.

Glenda Fynn

Franchise Accountant

Glenda Fynn is a highly experienced bookkeeper with over 10 years of experience in the field. She has developed a deep understanding of financial management and accounting principles and is highly skilled in organizing and maintaining financial records.

Glenda has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from small businesses to large corporations, and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. She is also highly proficient in various accounting software applications and is able to analyze and interpret financial data to provide valuable insights to her clients. Overall, Glenda Fynn is a highly dedicated and skilled bookkeeper who is committed to helping her clients achieve their financial goals.
