    You will get your Credit Check via email within a few minutes.
    You can then complete our tenant application form and gather up your FICA and other documents.

    Meet with your Just Property agent view your property.
    Complete the lease agreement.
    Pay your deposit, fees and monthly rent.
    Move in.

    Consent to Perform Credit Check

    By clicking Credit Check Me button I hereby consent that, and authorise Just Property and its franchisees to, at all times to:-
    a) Contact, request and obtain information from Compuscan (a registered credit bureau) to perform an assessment of my behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness.
    b) Make any reasonable enquiries to verify and research any details provided by me to Just Property and its franchisees.
    c) Access the files of Compuscan at any time during my relationship with Just Property and its franchisees.
    d) Place my name on Just Property and its franchisees own marketing mailing list provided that it will be removed upon my written request.
